Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our baked goods, we have a limited refund policy.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before delivery/pickup may be eligible for a partial refund (minus processing fees).

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery.

Incorrect Orders

If we make a mistake (e.g. wrong flavour, missing item), please contact us within 24 hours and we will offer:

  • A replacement if feasible, or

  • A credit toward a future order

Quality Concerns

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.

Non-Refundable

  • Orders not collected or delivered due to customer unavailability

  • Change-of-mind after custom work has begun

  • Issues caused by incorrect information provided during ordering
